25. Blessings upon our leader Muhammad and his family & followers

Oh Allah! Bestow your praise upon our leader Muhammad, Your slave and Your messenger—the unlettered Prophet. And bestow Your praise and peace upon his family and his companions, as much as what is encompassed by Your knowledge, written by Your pen and recorded in Your book. Bestow Your favor on the rightly guided caliphs: Abu Bakr and Umar and Uthman and Ali, and upon the Prophet’s companions, their followers and those who follow them with righteousness until the Day of Judgment.

Allahumma salli `ala Muhammad abdika wa nabiyyika wa rasulika annabiyy alummi, wa `ala alihi wa sahbihi wa sallim taslima, adada ma ahata bihi `ilmuk wa khatta bihi kalamuk wa ahsahu kitabuk, ward allahumma `aan saadaatina abi bakr wa `umar wa `uthman wa `ali, wa `an assahaabati ajma`een, wa `an attaabi`eena wa tabee`ihim bi`ihsaan ila yawm addeen.
